Chairperson: represents the committee at MLA Board meetings (no voting privileges), Chairs committee meetings, develops programming for MLA conference, and attends MLA conference, meetings and workshops.

Vice Chairperson: assumes responsibilities of Chairperson in his/her absence, keeps website links and conference dates current, attends MLA conference, meetings and workshops.

Recorder: maintains meeting notes, creates a membership list, writes and submits articles for the MO INFO newsletter, attends MLA conference, meetings and workshops. This is a three year commitment (first year - Recorder; second year - Vice-Chairperson; third year - Chairperson).

Past Chairperson: acts as a mentor to current Chairperson.
