  POSITION TITLE: DIRECTOR OF LEARNING RESOURCES CENTER (LRC)
  POSITION DESCRIPTION The director administers all functions and services of the campus library, including strategic planning, policy development, staffing, budget oversight, collections maintenance and development, and maintenance of the library's electronic information environment including the library web page. Other job duties include reference, on-line and original cataloguing; circulation management including interlibrary loan; state and federal reports; and instruction in the use of library resources. The Crowder LRC serves over 3,000 students annually as well as a diverse group of faculty, staff, and community citizens. The LRC is fully automated with an on-line catalog/circulation system, CD-ROM reference tools, and access to the Internet and remote databases.
